Finally Dr d'souza is a partner of a fantastic Doctor's surgery. His professionalism is second to none. I am so glad I changed from capel st Mary to Holbrook. So far no problems and if this changes so will my review 😊

Absolutely useless. Impossible to even get to speak to a doctor let alone see one , had two letters from them asking to contact about blood results, but cannot get past reception, it’s becoming almost criminally negligent. Hopeless complaining as they all stick together, by far the worst doctors I have ever experienced in all my life , I now feel I do not have a doctors and will use A&E rather than go through the lottery of trying to get a appointment . I think one star is far too generous

Over many years the staff of Shotley and Holbrook surgery have seen our family through a great deal. We very much appreciate it.

Insufficient doctors and nurses to provide adequate access to appointments. Reception is difficult to get past.

I cant fault our little surgery, always receive an excellent service, whether it be from reception, pharmacy, or the GPs 👏👍

Can't seem to get through on the phones and when you do it's always call at 1pm or call tomorrow at 8am!

I have always found reception staff very helpful
