Would recommend Tim, he designed a two-storey extension plus remodel of our existing house. He has been very responsive throughout and has interpreted our ideas well. He handled planning permission and building regs for us and all sailed through without a hitch. We are looking forward to getting on with the build!

Tim came through personal recommendations from 2 friends and I'm pleased to say we were not disappointed. Tim's turnaround times have always been very good. He translated our needs and requirements very accurately and was very patient of our constant demands for changes and tweaks. All in all highly recommended!

We were after someone that had dealt with Heritage and local planning authorities of which Tim ticked all these boxes. Found Tim really easy to speak with and was always quick to reply to any questions we had. There were some unforeseen issues with our extension that cropped up and when raised to Tim he made sure solutions were found in order to prevent delays. Would definitely recommend his services!

Tim designed a light and airy kitchen/diner extension which is great to spend time in and has improved access to the garden. The builders (M Jarrald) were impressed by the level of detail on Tim’s plans and he was available to answer any queries that arose so all went really smoothly. Have received lots of compliments on the build from the neighbourhood and beyond! Now looking forward to making the most of the new space post lockdown! Would definitely use Tim again.

Tim was always quick to respond, which is a positive nowadays! He had some great design ideas (funky ideas) that we really liked but he was careful not to ‘direct’ us and wasn’t upset when we rejected some of those ideas. He was very patient and always happy to adapt the drawings after our many changes. He also took care of the planning application on our behalf. His endearing character has earned him the title of ‘Funky Tim’ in our household. We thoroughly recommend his architectural services.

Found Tim's details online when searching for a local architect and after some references and examples of his work my wife and I engaged him to design an extension on our house. We are delighted with the results it has really transformed our home and exceeded what we thought would even be possible. The short list of local builders he also recommended all proved to be really fantastic options and we could not be more pleased with the work now it is complete. Would certainly recommend him!

Was delighted to work with Tim on a my extension modernisation. Tim was very friendly and responsive to my requests and came up with a great design which has resulted in a fantastic build. Being a listed building I really didn’t know how to proceed but Tim had vast knowledge and experience in this process and it all happened painlessly and quickly. Tim was open to all suggestions, and came up with several options and was happy to tweek the design with some last minute changes.
