I went to St Mary's yesterday for a meeting and it was my first time there. I have to say even today I keep thinking about how lovely the home is. It smells fresh and clean upon entering, so clean and tidy looking. Spacious with a calming atmosphere. Manager and deputy were very welcoming, offered a drink straight away upon arriving. I even noted they had drink and fruit stations for the residents to help themselves. All in all my first impressions were all positive.

Great place

Provides a high level of care. All staff very friendly and supportive. Team leaders and managers always willing to discuss and adapt care to support residents fully.

There are some excellent, dedicated carers here. However, the organisation relies too heavily on agency staff. I am fortunate enough to live close to St. Mary's and was therefore able to be there most days.They did their best when caring for my late husband but are under considerable pressure. There are other (and less expensive) Homes in the area.
